Community Dinner Manager

Rebekah Reyes brings to HoFoCo a background in housing program development, case management for housing insecure individuals and families, and 6 years in the restaurant industry. Rebekah's first job outside of the restaurant industry was at the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), the second largest housing authority of the nation, where she helped launch 2 programs, the Digital Ambassador and Lending Library programs, as well as managed their Build Hope scholarship program that fiscally supported HACLA residents attend college. From there, Rebekah was involved in the Skid Row Action Plan (SRAP) and Scattered Sites across Los Angeles for wrap-around case management services to ensure permanent housing was achieved and sustained, along with physical and mental health maintenance, employment resources, and more.

Rebekah leads with a passion to help others and firmly believes that with the correct guidance and resources, individuals can not only survive but thrive. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Davis in 2019 and a Masters degree in Sociology from Cal State LA in 2025, where she earned the title of Razi Scholar--known as the highest achievement award across all 23 CSU's.
