Our guests' cultural and culinary backgrounds are diverse, so we strive to provide the same variety, choice, and diversity in the food we serve nightly.
The initiative fosters collaboration with our culinary staff and aims to create new menus that will appeal to guests' existing culinary preferences, as well as allow other guests to explore new dishes and cuisines, using mostly rescued ingredients.
We want to provide our guests with a normalizing and enriching experience that many of us take for granted and help them feel connected with one another and the broader LA community.
