Liz Lash, originally from Albuquerque, NM, discovered her passion for the film industry after earning a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Kansas. Initially starting as a costume designer, she quickly found her true calling in makeup, working as a department head on various film and TV projects for nearly a decade. However, in 2020, during the pandemic, Liz felt the pull of something more fulfilling. She found her purpose with Hollywood Food Coalition, where she combines her love for cooking and feeding people, creating a meaningful impact beyond her work in film. Outside of her freelance makeup career, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her 3-year-old daughter, Poppy, exploring tide pools, and, of course, cooking for family and friends.
