Joyce Leido, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CPHIMS is a Los Angeles–based healthcare executive and Chief Operating Officer with over 18 years of patient-centered leadership across hospital operations, care delivery performance, and enterprise initiatives. Her background includes leading strategy and operational improvement in a large, complex acute-care environment, with strengths in quality and safety, care experience, workforce development, budgeting, and change management. Joyce pairs clinical operations expertise with a strong technology and analytics foundation, including Health Informatics training and additional education in AI, machine learning, and data science.
